Poeti is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Poeti application.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

Poeti processes non-identifiable personal information for the following purposes only:

4. Deletion of Personal Information

Poeti will promptly delete personal information once the purpose of processing has been achieved. The procedures and methods for deletion are as follows:

Deletion Procedures Information provided by users will be transferred to a separate database (or separate documents for paper records) after achieving its purpose and will be stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws before being deleted. Personal information transferred to the database will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.

Deletion Timeline Personal information will be deleted within 5 days from the end of the retention period, or within 5 days from when the information becomes unnecessary due to achievement of processing purposes, service termination, or business closure.

5. Use of Automatic Data Collection Tools

Poeti does not use cookies that store and retrieve your usage information. Any information provided to third parties such as Google is subject to the Google settings on your device, independent of Poeti.

6. Data Protection Officer

Poeti has designated a Data Protection Officer to oversee personal information processing and handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify you of any additions, deletions, or corrections to this Privacy Policy at least 7 days before the changes take effect through our announcements.
