These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Poeti" application ("Poeti" or the "Application").

By accessing and using "Poeti", you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Application provided by "Poeti" are protected by United States copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All materials contained in the Application are the property of "Poeti" or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. When you or any other party provide any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other input concerning the Application, such shall become the property of "Poeti", and you agree to the same and will make all necessary assignments and take all necessary actions to effectuate the same. You grant "Poeti" a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, corrections, or other feedback that you provide relating to the operation of the Application. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to "Poeti" or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by "Poeti", you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, publicly display or perform, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the materials. "Poeti" reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

"POETI" IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE ALSO DISCLAIMED:

Termination of Service

"Poeti" may terminate the Application service at any time, without cause or notice, and without penalty, in its sole discretion. Upon termination of the service, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
